The SAC met yesterday to review and modify the draft Evaluation Framework and criteria that will be used to compare alternatives. This framework will be used for the final four alternatives. The SAC also reviewed the initial six facility concepts prepared by the Project Team. The Project Team will take the SAC's comments, revise these concepts, and then show these concepts to the public to get their initial public reactions and comments. The SAC will meet next in September to narrow the concepts to the final four alternatives, which will receive further revisions.
The first Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting was held on June 19th. The agenda and a presentation of the study area, study purpose, and photos of the April field visit have been added to the website. See the "SAC" menu.
The project team and consultant team have been busy developing the initial concepts of bridges, paths, and undercrossing to improve walking and bicycling connections to the Kroc Center and areas east. These will be shown to the SAC at their July 17th meeting. |
